Searching for therapy can be an overwhelming experience and you might be hesitant to seek out for help. Life isn´t always easy and can be quite challenging. My goal is to help individuals and couples overcome these obstacles by providing a safe and accepting space where you can express your feelings and gain more insight to process through these life events. I am a systemic therapist and will be focused in the-here-and-now. We will seek and identify in a collaborative setting any maladaptive patterns of interaction that may be causing you being stuck. We cannot change the past but we can certainly change the way we view it and process it.
